This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to the cancellation of subscriptions for Practive Products and applicable refunds. Practive will not entertain refund requests in cases of subscription cancellations that violate this policy or the Terms of Service, or if Practive terminates a user account for violation of its Terms of Service. This Cancellation and Refund Policy is an integral part of, and is incorporated within, the Terms of Service, which can be found at https://www.practive.in/terms-conditions/ Terms capitalized within this policy but not defined herein shall bear the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.
At Practive, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best possible experience. To ensure transparency and fairness in our business practices, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy:
1. Refund Policy:
If the Refund request is reported to us through email within 14 days of purchase, we will give you 100% money back.
A User can only avail refund once.
If your payment qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment source.
Renewing your subscription after its term has expired does not entitle you to a refund.
In the event that your payment is debited, but your subscription remains inactive, we will promptly issue a 100% refund.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for third-party payments made on the Practive platform, such as SMS purchases, WhatsApp API integration fees, and other third-party services.
The User agrees to provide any information required to facilitate refunds including but not limited to bank account details, bank branch names, UPI addresses, and IFSC codes.
3. Cancellation Policy:
